Dell Augmented Hack

Hack-Hire supports OCBC Bank to continually build capabilities in their business by attracting the best talent to join them in driving transformation using data and technology.

We co-designed the evaluation process for the STEM@OCBC programme for OCBC. This is is a structured 16 or 22 week credit bearing internship custom designed for students in the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Applications were processed at scale via an automated evaluation platform that sought to evaluate candidates in a range of digital proficiencies. Shortlisted candidates will go through a full day Hackathon style assessment, and the selected students will get to experience two business attachments in the Analytics and Coding tracks.

Through this programme, Hack-Hire has managed to uncover the digital proficiencies of candidates at scale.
